DeviantArt sucks. Yeah. No point to it anymore. This is not the community that I fell in love with those zillion years ago. Not even remotely. This would depress me, but I got over that ages and ages ago.

I've got reasons for it. Obviously there's the whole fiasco that I haven't been paying attention to, but that was only the last straw. I'll list them in no particular order.

1. I've recently been mostly dolling. However, I started with pixel art here, and I remember that I was pretty annoyed by people who would submit their dolls. I was under the misconception that they were all made by doll makers, which contributed a lot, but when I want to see pixel art, I want to see pixel art. I don't want to do things that would annoy me. Yeah.
2. You can't get a decent comment on anything ever. I'm not complaining for myself. I'm complaining for OTHER PEOPLE. I look at deviations with like, four billion comments and not one of them is even remotely useful to the artist.
3. Yes, it is becoming visably and tangibly more commercial, and I can't even pretend anymore that it's the inevitable kind. And that's No Good. I would rather not be a part of that.
4. I haven't felt the need to be here for ages. I have no even thought about uploading any of my new stuff to this place since ages and ages ago. There's no point in maintaining a million year old gallery of complete crap.

I can't say that I don't owe some kinda debt to this wretched place. I doubt that I would be making art as much as I am without it. I guess that it gave me, I dunno, the kick in the pants to start doing stuff, and doing it for other people for some reason. Eh.

My entire gallery has been deleted, as have all of my journal entries. They're not even remotely representitive of who I am today, and I don't want them around.

Will I ever come back? Highly highly doubtful. I've been meaning to do this for good for a long long time. HABITS FORM A PATTERN OR SOMETHING.

Anyway, if for some reason anyone still checks this place out, then I have a blog with all of my current artness and such. You can also get that Morrowind fix that I promised ya'll about three years ago, since that's my current project OF DOOM.
I'm also planning on making a dolling blog, since that makes life much easier than having a website. So I'll probably post that one once I get it.
